SHIPPING POLICY
​ORDER PROCESSING TIMES After an order is placed, it will take 5-7 days get it shipped out. This includes weekends.

SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight on your item. We do not pay any shipping costs, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow up to a week or so for processing and shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible. Please allow extra time for custom-made orders. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we'll do our best to resolve the situation.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at The Handmade Soul Co. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
